📦 Order Delays

If your order lacks tracking updates, remains in transit, shows as pending, or is marked expired beyond 60 days from the shipping date (45 days for U.S. orders), we’ll gladly offer a refund or resend your order at no cost to you.

📬 Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we understand how frustrating that can be. In these cases, we require a non-delivery certification from your local post office in order to process a refund or replacement. This helps us verify the loss and resolve the issue fairly.

💔 Damaged Items

We take quality seriously, but if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. You’re eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
To process the request, please provide photo or video evidence of the damage.

Bonus: In most cases, you won’t need to send the product back to us.

🔄 Incorrect or Missing Products

Received the wrong item or missing something from your order? That’s on us. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement for any incorrectly shipped or missing product.
Simply send photo or video proof and we’ll handle the rest—quickly and professionally.

❌ Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem. You’re eligible for a full refund if your order is canceled before it’s processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once fulfilled, cancellation isn’t guaranteed but we’ll do our best to help.
